Sprint 1 Assessment
How I assessed
- I used git blame to see if everyone committed the files they were responsible for. I also looked to see if there was a pattern of commits rather than committing everything at once right before class.
- I used the self-assessment sheets
- I used the web application assessment sheets.
- I also used the in-class demos.
Section 1
Team 1 -83
- How well did the team follow Scrum methodology 14/20 In looking at the self assessments, one person thought their responsibility was backlog item X when everyone else thought it was Y. In class Scrum meetings I did not hear the 3 question, go around the team, format used. If I am wrong let me know.
- The work was well distributed. 23/25 In looking at git hub there are 'unknown' commits so this is hard to assess.
